Synopsis: A sentient AI program narrates and contemplates its existence.
SENTIENT is an experimental narrative audiovisual experience. I have always been drawn to dark sci-fi, cyberpunk, and dystopian stories and visuals. Sentient in many ways a homage to all of the science fiction movies, comic books, and video games I grew up with. The 5-minute piece is an unsettling yet hauntingly beautiful sensory experience narrated by a sentient AI system. The piece was filmed in the remote mountains of Germany with drone technology, while the CGI was developed and created with advanced computer graphics and AI systems. The result is an abstract and unique look at a bleak future world void of humanity. Check back soon for the finished piece when it goes online in late 2020.
